Made from a vintage upcycled informal Komon kimono this pillow is graced with a beautiful abstract pattern of many symbols, such as Seigaiha (waves) symbolizing the ebb and flow of life, Uroko (scales of snakes or fish represented by triangles) which are used as talismans of protection by Samurai, as well as Kiku (chrysanthemums) which symbolize longevity and resilience.
