1970s Clovis Ruffin "Ruffinwear" polyester black jersey dress with keyhole tie at neckline. The dress has a gathered neckline with cape style short sleeves and a tie at the top of the bust that creates a keyhole. Fitted through the body and flares away at a midi length. In very good vintage condition with a tiny stitch repair on the back right shoulder. Fits like a US 2-4.
